Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, we store the name, email, company, area of interest, and message you provide, along with the submission time. ARCHE uses this information to review your request and respond. Please do not submit confidential or sensitive information.

Enquiries are stored in the site’s database and are accessible through a protected owner view. The form does not send an automated email or subscribe you to a mailing list.

Basic site activity

We count page views by page and date to understand which areas of the site are useful. This activity record does not include your name, email, IP address, a persistent visitor identifier, or browsing history. It is separate from your enquiry. We respect your browser’s Do Not Track setting for these counts.

Site access

This site is hosted through Sites. The hosting platform manages access and may process technical information to operate and protect the service. The protected owner view uses an essential session cookie when its owner signs in.

Your information

You can request access, correction, or deletion of an enquiry using the same enquiry form and the email you originally provided. Include “Data request” in your message so it can be identified.
